Refund policy

All sales are final

Faydar is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay: your study, plan or subscription begins at once. Before paying, you ask for it to start immediately and confirm that you understand payments are final. Payments are therefore not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time, unused credits or a plan changed or cancelled during its period.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Because the service starts immediately at your request, the 14-day right to cancel that applies to some online purchases ends once it starts. You confirm this before every payment.

Cancelling

Cancel a subscription any time in Settings → Billing. It stops renewing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free; your data stays. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged twice or by mistake, or the service could not be delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will correct it. Rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded are not affected.
